This page is for announcements that have a clear source, date and practical status. We distinguish a statement of intent from an operational instruction that people can act upon.
Published announcements
A dated announcement will appear here only after its government source and practical status have been reviewed.
How announcements are labelled
- Confirmed instruction: an authorised source states what action is available and when.
- Announcement: a proposal or decision has been stated, but implementation details may still be pending.
- Clarification: an authority explains an existing rule or service.
- Historical notice: useful for context but no longer a current action route.
Before acting
Check the effective date, covered group and official destination. Do not pay an agent, travel to a camp or send documents merely because a forwarded message uses an official-looking logo.
