If your monthly payment stops or never starts even though you were approved, the usual cause is that your bank account is not linked to Aadhaar in the national payments system used for direct benefit transfers.
Visit your bank branch and ask them to seed your Aadhaar with your account for DBT and to update it on the NPCI mapper. This is separate from ordinary bank KYC. The payments guide and the corrections guide explain the steps.
